Finger Lakes Massage Therapy Office

A therapeutic massage adding on my guasha tool. It is like a stone that is used for scraping the skin. It helps to break up knots and facial tissue so the muscles can move more freely. It does leave some red marks, which is the blood coming to the surface and will go away in a day or two. 

This is used along side of deep tissue massage and is not used the whole session. It is used on specific areas that are tense and need some additional attention.
