Finger Lakes Massage Therapy

This incorporates hot stones into the session. They are helpful when tissues are very tight allowing the stone to do the hard work of warming the tissues so the massage can get deeper into the tissue.  OR if you just like to be warm they are a great way to keep up the body temperature during the session. 

They can be used for part of or the whole session. Depending on your preference.
