Ashiatsu

Description

This is a deep deep tissue massage that is performed with my feet. This allows me to provide up to 100% of my bodyweight when giving the massage. It is done with a table that is on the floor and requires that you are completely undressed for the type of draping that is required. You will be covered completely and only the part that I am working on will be uncovered, just like regular massage. Getting massage with feet allows for deeper pressure and can help relax the nervous system deeper while also improving posture, increasing circulation, and reducing stress.
