Therapeutic Massage

A therapeutic massage adding on my cupping tools. They are traditionally used in Chinese medicine. They are a suction cup that is used in place or moved around to break up stagnant areas. Over knots or fascial tissue that does not want to move.  It will leave what I call Octopus spots.  The area where the cup has been will be red because of increased blood flow to the area. It will go away in a day or two. 

This is used along side of deep tissue massage and is not used the whole session. It is used on specific areas that are tense and need some additional attention.

Choosing this option will let me know you would like me to use them during your session.

Cupping

A therapeutic massage adding on my guasha tool. It is like a stone that is used for scraping the skin. It helps to break up knots and facial tissue so the muscles can move more freely. It does leave some red marks, which is the blood coming to the surface and will go away in a day or two. 

This is used along side of deep tissue massage and is not used the whole session. It is used on specific areas that are tense and need some additional attention.

Guasha

This incorporates hot stones into the session. They are helpful when tissues are very tight allowing the stone to do the hard work of warming the tissues so the massage can get deeper into the tissue.  OR if you just like to be warm they are a great way to keep up the body temperature during the session. 

They can be used for part of or the whole session. Depending on your preference.

Craniosacral therapy is a form of gentle massage designed to release tension in the fascia, a connective tissue network in the body.

CranioSacral Session

For when you have a headache and or sinus pressure bothering you. 15-30 min to open the passageways around your skull using Craniosacral and remaining time Lymphatic Drainage to get everything moving.

Headache and Sinus Relief

Come make art and drink tea. A collaboration with @think.with.ink tattoo artist. We will be crafting at her studio at 632 west Washington St in Geneva. ( Behind the car wash, back door with the red awning) February 8th at 2:30pm

We will be making alcohol ink paintings with flower drawings, sipping herbal tea and having some snacks.

Craft & Tea

Come drink some tea get a reading and make a solstice essential oil roll on.

The credit card use to make the booking will not be charged until day of, so you may pay another way. It is to hold your spot. If you do not show up it will be charged as we only have so many spots available.

Tea & Tarot

A movement "work out" class that is focused on functional movements that we use in our everyday lives. The goal is to gain strength to have less pain. 

Payment will be taken at class, ideally it would be cash.
Class times, Thursdays 7pm  Saturdays 7:15am
